Show Engraving Text

Display the engraving text, which is enclosed within a rectangle, in 2D drawing views.
Engraving text is displayed at the locations specified when creating the text in the part model.

MDTools 970 > Show Engraving Text

MDTools^® displays the engraving text, which is enclosed within a rectangle, near the cavity.

Note:

·       All the engraving text in a view, move together when you drag the engraving text.

·       If 2D views are created manually, then use the following naming convention for the manifold views.

·       Top            A
Front          B
Bottom      C
Left            D
Right          E
Back          F

·       The Show Engraving Text command will not work, if you do not use the view names, per naming conventions.
