Double click the HyDraw CAD 2020 desktop shortcut icon.
Alternatively, Click Start > All Apps > HyDraw CAD 2020 > HyDraw CAD 2020
HyDraw CAD opens with the Ribbon menu, Library Explorer and Property Manager.
