1. Click Symbols > Insert Symbol port on the HyDraw® CAD ribbon menu.
The Specify Port Insertion Point: prompt displays.
2. Specify the Port Insertion point on the symbol.
The Port Name: prompt displays.
3. Enter the Port Name in the command window and press the Enter key.
The Other Name: prompt displays.
4. Enter the other name in the command window, if required and press the Enter key.
A small red cross appears at the point where the port is inserted.

It works with components, external ports and sub systems.
