MDTools 965 Hotfix 09

Applicability: MDTools 965 with SP 2.1, Hotfix 07, and Hotfix 08

Issues Resolved:

1.  Wrong dimension sides for drawings with Base view as Top/Bottom/Left/Right/Back.

2.  Machining Chart errors for drawings with Base view as Top/Bottom/Left/Right.

3.  Wrong Axes (X & Y) for drawings with Base view as Top/Bottom/Left/Right.
