To support its growth in the Circuit Diagram, 3D Geometry, and System Configuration technologies on the Cloud, we seek individuals who are self-driven, motivated, and enterprising.

• Learn the company's CAD based desktop and SaaS software products
• Provide technical support for VEST software products and services to customers worldwide
• Test new and existing software products and report issues to the development team
• Participate in software design reviews and the complete software release cycle
• Follow through on software issue resolutions by working with the development team, and communicating resolutions to customers
• Be organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the candidate's skills
• Programming skills are not required

• Working towards a certification or an associates degree related to CAD
• Hands-on experience with any CAD platform
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks and/or Inventor is desirable.
