MDTools 960 Hotfix 03

Applicability: MDTools 960 NW, SA, and MDTools 960S with SP2.

Issue Resolved:

	1.	Footprint Bolt Holes are not perpendicular to the face, resulting in Assembly error.
	2.	CAD Models do not assemble correctly for Sun Cavity and unmerged orifice.
